At Muni, awareness & sustainability come first. And we expect that from our customers too. Order your clothes consciously, this prevents a lot of extra work and hassle. We strive to inform the customer as best as possible about the clothing. For example, you will find the exact dimensions of each product via the Sizing & Dimensions field on the product page.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. After receiving and processing the return, we will refund the full amount of your purchase to your account. Exchange? If you want to exchange, please return the product and reorder the correct product in the webshop.

The customer pays the costs for the return shipment themselves. Any risks of shipping are the responsibility of the customer

Return conditions: Because we work with natural sustainable fabrics, our clothing is vulnerable. We do not give a warranty on; discoloring of the clothes, damage caused by the customer, or not following the Washing Instructions correctly.
